LegalAs your appointed property agents, we are legally obliged to check all documentation of the specified property that you are interested in. We will also provide you with exact information about the current status and ownership.
If the property is a new build we will also check to see if the house had been constructed according to the planning details and that the permission has a legal usage certificate, This certifies that the property has been satisfactorily constructed within the legal guidelines.
In cooperation with a Croatian property lawyer or a Public Notary, the Pre-Contact (if needed) and Full Contract would be drawn up. You would receive a copy of the Contract in either a language you that you understand, or of course your native tongue This will be signed by a court appointed translator. If any mistake is inccured by our agents, we are covered by Allianz Insurance which will of course cover any loses to you.
